Intuitive Eating is backed by science and powered by mindfulness!

I believe that my empathetic nature allows me to feel and understand my clients on a whole new level, as they do the “internal work”.
My approach focuses on what we can add as opposed to eliminating, restricting or demonizing food. I believe in focusing on feelings, not numbers!
I’m genuinely interested in what feeds your soul, literally. I’m also interested in what makes you feel your best, at the end of your day, week, month, and ultimately, your life. Food is a BIG part of our lives, which is why having a positive relationship with it deserves to be a priority.
If you are wasting precious time and energy trying to perfect your diet and worrying when your diet is out of alignment, you’re not alone. Unless you have a severe food allergy or a specific medical condition such as celiac disease, one bite of food is not going to make or break you! I’m here to help you get back to basics, also known as Intuitive Eating.
The first step is to get curious. I often use quizzes, discovery worksheets, visual resources and other experiments so that we can choose a starting point that aligns with where you’re at.
If you’ve felt let down by all of the promises made to you by dieting or if you’ve never managed to reach/maintain the “peak” or that “ideal body”, it’s okay. You were never meant to.
Together we will build a home base for you to return to when your soul gets lost in diet culture.
